Refund & Return Policy
At X Designz, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Because many of our products are specialty, limited-quantity, or custom-made items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Email us at xdesignzorder@gmail.com and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once the issue is reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom patches or personalized products
- Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Digital products
- Items that have been used, altered, applied, ironed on, sewn on, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased in error
- Color or size differences that were listed in the product description
- Slight color variations caused by screens, lighting, printing, materials, or production methods
Custom Orders
All custom-order sales are final. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details before production begins.
Once a proof has been approved or production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed, packed, customized, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
X Designz is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, X Designz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier and their local post office first. We will provide available tracking information to help with the claim process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
