Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with X Designz. We proudly ship ready-to-use patches, hat chains, accessories, and custom products from Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during major sales, new product releases, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Custom products require additional production time. Estimated proof and production timelines are listed on the applicable custom product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated.
The free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Certain oversized, custom, wholesale, promotional, or specially priced orders may be excluded when clearly noted.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier, depending on the package size, destination, and shipping service selected.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by X Designz.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number entered during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. X Designz is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Returned Packages
Packages returned to X Designz because of an incorrect address, insufficient address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package may require an additional shipping payment before they can be mailed again.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking shows that your package is still moving, please allow additional time for delivery.
If your package appears delayed or missing, contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided. You may also contact X Designz for assistance.
X Designz is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should check with household members, neighbors, front desks, mailrooms, and the local carrier office before reporting a missing delivery.
Lost Packages
If tracking does not update for an extended period or the carrier confirms that a package is lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Claims must follow the carrier's required timelines and procedures. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are not guaranteed until the carrier investigation has been completed.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item is damaged during shipment, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping package and label
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We may be unable to assist with damage claims submitted without photographs or after the reporting period.
Combined Orders
Orders are not automatically combined.
If you place multiple orders and would like them shipped together, contact us before either order has been processed. Combining orders is not guaranteed, and previously paid shipping charges may not be refundable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Customers will receive instructions when the order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received a ready-for-pickup notification.
Orders marked for local pickup will not be shipped unless additional shipping arrangements and payment are completed.
International Shipping
X Designz currently ships within the United States unless international shipping is specifically offered during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by the destination country.
